Unfortunately due to the nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We always try our best to accommodate our customers.

Cancellations of custom orders can be made up to 3 days after you have approved your quote and proof.  A 50% deposit of the total due is required on approval of your proof and quote.
